My satelite receiver in the family room was not getting a signal. The dish people told me to put the receiver on my other TV in the living room. I did that and all I get is a blue screen. If I switch it back to my living room receiver all I get is a blue screen also. Where did I go wrong? Any clues? I kind of think something on the remote needs to be set to send the signal thru the DVD to the TV but I can’t figure out which button will do that.

Two guesses.
1. You have connected things wrong, or
2. You have not switched the TV to the right input.
