good tool like mcafee site advisor?

i want a site advisor software like mcafee site advisor but is there any other similar software that can also rate web pages that you are ALREADY on or warnings when you go on a website thats about to open? (mcafee site advisor and WOT only rate websites while searching in a search engine; i want one that can alert and rate websites that im already on or opening)
