Google Chrome Browser/Trojan?

I just attempted to download GOOGLE CHROME from:http://gears.google.com/chrome/eula.html?hl=
This seems to be a legimate google site, but my internet security suite (KASPERSKY) flagged it as a site the contains malicious code that will result in A TROJAN start page generator.
Has anyone elses security suite marked this as such?
