Google toolbar for firefox, how do I get words used in last search to go away?

August 22nd, 2008 · 2 Comments

If I search a phrase like “How to ride a moose” then I get little buttons with a magnifying glass for each word: How (button) To (button) Find (button) A (button) Moose (button) appearing to the right of the search box and the other buttons. How do I get this to stop happening?

      Click tools -> Options -> Privacy ->
      Then look at the bottom section called “Private Data”
      Click “Clear Now”
      Check only “Saved Form and Search History”
      Then click “Clear Private Data Now”
      There you go. :D
