got joke-bluescreen virus. erased it but firefox and my webcam still don't work. what gives?

i erased the system files for the virus and the registry keys and dumped my temp files (couldn't use restore because no available restore point). got a vb script to ressurect my tabs in display. IE keeps redirecting me when i look for help. I WANT MY FIREFOX AND MY WEBCAM BACK!!!

      http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/Spybot_-_Search_and_Destroy/spybot.html should remove all parts of spyware so you can get it back
