GTA San Andreas crash because of ntdll.dll?

Hello my friend cant run GTA SA on his computer. The windows tell something about ntdll.dll. Before this his GTA SA worked fine and one day stopped working. We reinstalled game million times and it wont work. Even tried to run in old windows mode. No results. Game just wont load and on my pc works perfectly. He has better graphic card than me and i have better processor My: 2.80Ghz , His 2.00Ghz. Is that bad luck for him? He want that game because hes bored.
