Ok my last question was clear.
I mean that my computer has problems and i'm using my laptop to ask the question.
ok every time i boot the computer before this screen comes up:

This Happens:
"Windows could not start because of the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll.
Please re-install a copy of the above file."
anyway i restart the computer and the same thing happens. what should I do?
so before u ppl say anything i can't go to the desktop or anything
