Halo 2 XP DopemanThe Procedure entry point RegvalueA could not be located in Dynamic Link Library ADVAPI32.DLL

Hi, I downloaded and unrared Halo 2 XP dopeman, and when i click on the run halo 2 xp.bat file or whatever, it comes up with "the procedure entry point RegvalueA could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library ADVAPI32.dll". I have Directx9 June 2008 installed and a geforce 6600 and Xp SP2. What's the problem????
