Has anyone had an issue with trend micro not finding viruses?

I’m having alot of issues trying to relaod saved documents and trying to view them? everything is updated eveything is scanned but when I try to view them it say’s - Unable to view due to virus detection - Ive scanned everything mutiple times.

      sounds like you have a bogus security program on your computer, scan with a spyware/adware scanner like Malwarebytes, or spybot
