November 6th, 2008 · 2 Comments

i had a free 2 month trial with Mcafee antivirus. it was suppost to expire 10 days ago. i keep getting emails from mcafee saying its expired….
…but….the antiviris its self says no such thing anywher it says ” i am full protected” with a green tick, and all the virus, spyware scanners, and everything else still works… IT EVEN UPDATES ITS SELF< AND THEN INSTALLS THE UPDAYES!!
ill be so happy if this means it hasn’t expired…..plz can u tell me if it has/hasn’t expired?

      McAfee is a good antivirus.

But if you want to get a free antivirus that is really good, try using Avira Antivir. Its free, fast and really good on detecting viruses.

best way to know is for you to run a Scan on your computer. If it works you are good for now. If you have Comcast you can visit Comcast.net and download a free full version of Mcafee just for being a comcast memeber. good luck mate, cheers.
