Has the Yahoo Toolbar for Firefox been fixed yet?

Currently I am running Mozzila Firefox 3.0.1. One day the Yahoo Toolbar just vanished off of my Firefox browser. I checked one of the plug-ins, and it is says “disabled for my safety.” I have a feeling it’s related to this.

Has this been fixed yet? And if so, where can I download the latest version for Firefox? Is there another way to bring it back up if it hasn’t been fixed, or would that be too risky?
