If you have antivirus/antispyware software, run all of the scanners.

Keep downloading and running scanners until it is completely removed. Then open my computer, right click on the C:\ drive and click properties. Click disk cleanup. Click one of the other tabs and delete system restore points which it might use to install back into your system. Then download CCleaner and Advanced WindowsCare Personal to clean up and optimize your computer.

Antivirus XP 2008 is a new rogue anti-spyware program that is advertised through Trojans and other malware. It is advertised in the form of fake security alerts and warnings on web sites that state you are infected with malware or are being attacked in some manner.
Scroll down to "Automated Removal Instructions for Antivirus XP 2008 using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:" and it's free to use.
