Okay, I renamed my browseui.dll folder in an attempt to install a new theme for my vista (I was unaware what could happen). Well I changed it to browseui.old.dll and logged off and on. I also changed oobefldr.dll to oobefldr.old.dll but I don't know if that affects me. Anyways, now that I rebooted my computer, explorer.exe does not work and I cannot access anything. I cannot use safe mode to see my desktop either. Then I downloaded browseui.dll from a website and rebooted, nothing. I got an error message 0xc0000142 saying it failed to load etc.
What should I do? I have the file I just renamed it?
I would try and do that but I have no way to access any files.

Maybe delete browseui.old.dll and place browseui.dll in the original folder?
