Like i said, Computer is infected with trojan and spyware. It keeps restarting. My computer keeps sending me messages that tell me that it's recommended to get a spyware cleaner and i dont know what to do. it aslo says that my computer is infected with adware or spyware and asks me if i want to download additional software to remove malware threats, but i dont kno….im so desperate now….Is there any kind of good program i gan download? I need to know which one works the best on recovering my compouter (by the way i have windows xp). Thank You so much in advance!

There are a few things you will need to do:
Download antivirus and spyware software; here are the ones I use:

It sounds like you have the Vundo virus. There are 2 specific tools for this:

Install and update the software. Turn System Restore off. Reboot into Safe Mode and run all the software one product at a time. Make sure your Windows updates are also completed.

trojan and spyware are going to corrupt you system32 files…the main files that run your computer…if theyre corrupted…you need to reformat…no way virus scan will save you now

install AVG or Norton from a cd and run them. if they find (i no they will) kill the virus. as 4 da ads, dont accept them. they r given 2 u 4 infecting ur computer further. follow wat i said. just try it.

That sounds like either a smitfraud or a vundo infection. The tools of choice in removing smitfraud and vundo are, respectively, the smitfraud fix (run in safe mode), and the vundofix. Since it's not definite which infection you have, I would suggest running both fixes. (It doesn't take much extra time and it certainly won't hurt anything.

And since this infection is definitely trojan related, I would run Superantispyware afterward to remove any other malware that may have gotten in.

ALSO…. Don't turn off your system restore unless you are fairly certain that the infection is in your restore files. When you turn off your system restore you lose all of your restore points, and there's no getting them back. Blindly telling someone to turn off their system restore without having all the information is bad advice.
