Help, (Computer Virus) Infected .dll file. How to get rid of it for good!?

Virus Name : Suspicious.Vundo.2
The location is
C:\WINDOWS\system32
The file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tqbzmpr.dll

I've tried pretty much everything, but since windows wont let me modify the file I can't get rid of it. The alerts are every 10-20 seconds, someone help me get rid of this infected .dll for good.

For antivirus I use Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition, its worked good so far, but im clueless as to how to get rid of this virus.
