so basically about a few weeks ago, really random pop-ups kept showing up and i knew that it was spyware.
i then downloaded super anti spyware and that didnt seem to work after a few weeks.
and than suddenly i got trojan.
i tried to download a new anti-spyware, but that didnt work, and than suddenly,
my computer went to a blue screen that says
stop:c000021a {fatal system error}
the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0×00000000 0×00000000)
the system has been shut down.
so then i turned if off and tried it again and even before the login screen, the blue screen came up.
WHAT DO I DO?!

Sounds like this is a pretty bad one and has already hit system files. Your best bet is to just reformat the hard drive and start from scratch. It will be much easier than fighting this virus. Insert the windows cd and boot to it. Then just delete the partition (c:) and install a new copy.
