HELP!! I Cannot open Trend Micro…?

Everything was running fine until today. All of the sudden I cannot open the trend micro program. If I try clicking the little ball down by the clock in the right hand corner nothing happens. If leave the mouse over it a little captiont that says "Trend Micro Internet Security is Loading" pops up but its said that for about an hour now. If I try to open it using the start menu, the window opens like it about to open BUT nothing happens. When I use the Task Manager to close it its under ufNavi !?!? what is this!? any ideas!? is my computer at risk, HELP please!!!
