i just bought the kaspersky 2009, so i delete my avg free 8 from my pc.when i want to instal the kaspersky, the installer still said thet i have to delete avg8 from my pc. there’s nothing more to delete. what should i do?

did you restart you computer before attempting to install kasper? if so then navigate to program files on your HDD and and delete the AVG folder along with any files remaining in it, also navigate to your C:\ drive(HDD/main drive) click on documents and settings> click your user name> application data and then delete the avg folder. restart your pc and try again. if you have questions about what i just said just ask back. good luck.

You need to remove the AVG free 8 from the registry and from your program files folder.
Go to C:> Program Files> 'Delete any thing that has AVG 8 or Grisoft named'
Next, Next Go to run>regedit
Then Follow these steps
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > 'remove the folder that has AVG 8 named to it'.
This step is risky and so do it right.
After that you can resume with your installation of Kaspersky 2009

just got kaspersky 2009 but the installation its not complete and after the installation when I try to open the kasersky there is an error that AVP.exe appication error(application failed to initialize properly (0×0000022) Click on ok to terminate the application)
What should I do with this problem please help me
