Hey, I got that virus myself. Personally, I just stopped Antivirus XP from startup, and then i run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware in deep scan mode (including all hard disks, c: d:) that resolve the problems for me. The following was taken from another user…
"This is how I got rid of Antivirus XP 2008. It is different than the XP Antivirus 2008 most sites refer to.
First you need to stop the program from loading on startup. This is what you do to stop it:
Start, run
Type msconfig
Go to Startup tab
Uncheck lphc35dj0e1an
Uncheck rhc75dj0e1an
Click apply, then ok
Restart computer
Then you need to delete the main files this program uses. Delete the following file:
C:\windows\system32\lphc35dj0e1an.exe
Delete the following folder and all contents:
C:\program files\rhc75dj0e1an
This should remove the program from your system but you probably still have a warning message displayed as your wallpaper in Windows and the virus removed the ability to change the wallpaper or your desktop settings.
To restore ability to change your desktop settings and select a different wallpaper and screen saver do the following:
Start, run
type Gpedit.msc
Navigate to User configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, Display
Right click on Remove Display in Control Panel
Click on Properties and select Disabled
Do the same steps to change the following attributes to disabled:
Hide Desktop Tab
Prevent changing wallpaper
Hide Apperance and Themes tab
Hide Settings tab
Hide Screen Saver tab
You should now be able to use your computer normally and change the wallpaper to something other than the warning message Antivirus XP 2008 set it to."
Hope this helps!

Try this http://www.411-spyware.com/spyware-scanner/spyware-scanner.php and this Revo Uninstaller Revo Uninstaller helps you to uninstall and remove unwanted programs installed on your computer even if you have problems uninstalling and cannot uninstall them from “Windows Add or Remove Programs” control panel applet.
Revo Uninstaller is a much faster and more powerful alternative to “Windows Add or Remove Programs” applet!
With its advanced and fast algorithm, Revo Uninstaller analyzes an application’s data before uninstall and scans after you uninstall an application. After the program’s regular uninstaller runs, you can remove additional unnecessary files, folders and registry keys that are usually left over on your computer. Even if you have a broken installation, Revo Uninstaller scans for an application’s data on your hard disk drives and in the Windows registry and shows all found files, folders and registry keys so you can delete them.
With its unique “Hunter mode”, Revo Uninstaller offers you some simple, easy to use, but effective and powerful approaches to manage (uninstall, stop, delete, disable from auto starting) and to get information about your installed and/or running programs.

AntivirusXP2008 (or Antivirus XP 2008, AntiVirXP08, AntivirusXP 2008, Antivirus2008XP) is a new rogue antispyware program. AntivirusXP2008 rogue antispyware (or you can call it XPAntivirus2008) is a latest clone of Xp Antivirus, Antivirus2009, XPAntivirus2008, Antivirus2008, Antivirus 2008 rogue programs. Antivirus XP 2008, or Xp Antivirus, uses fake warning popups, fake security alerts to scare and trick user into buying a “full” version of AntivirusXP2008. Users can get AntivirusXP2008 infection from a Trojan (usually it can be Trojan Zlob) or fake video codec’s. AntivirusXP2008 will launch every time when user starts up Windows and it is going to generate million of annoying popups that are very difficult to close. Users should delete AntivirusXP2008 as soon as possible from their computer system to prevent damage to their privacy or data!
