Help I can't uninstall spybot 1.4!!!?

I have had a weird message come up when running spybot. it comes up with a Warning that :\Program Files\Spybot-Search_Destroy\Includes\Trojans.sbi.
When this happens, spybot pauses. when I answer OK, the box disappears, spybot keeps running…..
I tried to uninstall Spybot Search & Destroy 1.4, tried to replace it with 1.5…..it isn't working! Can anybody help! My computer is where I run my business from, and its sluggish and obviously something is wrong….anything I can try before I take it in?
