I started my computer today and an error popped up that said there was an error with C:\WINDOWS\system32\rivuyuki.dll…………now internet explorer won't open and I have to use Firefox…..can anyone give me step by step instructions to fix it? Please and thank you!!;-)

That is not a noraml windows file and probably belongs to asware or spyware. Do a spyware scan and a virus scan to clean it up and see if that helps.

A google search says it's malware,probably something your protection got part of but not all.Go here,download,install,update and run a full scan,delete whatever it finds.If you still have the popup,run another full scan in safe mode.
