I started my computer before I went to class, and when I came back not even an hour later it was off, but plugged in. When I tried to turn it back on it asked me if I wanted to restart it normally or in the repair mode. I chose repair mode first, and it took me to this blue screen, so I manually turned it off and tried again. This time I used the Restart Windows Normally option, but it did the same thing. This is what it says: STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} the initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with status of 0×00000000 (0xc0000001 0×0010037c). The system has been shut down
My computer is pretty much my life because I am a college student and half of everything I have to do is online. So if anyone knows how to fix this or what went wrong PLEASE help me! Thanks
