Help! I have an issue with Kaspersky Internet Security 2009.(read below)?

Hello everyone.
I have an issue with Kaspersky Internet Security 2009.
I have tried to update the databases but, it won't update.
By the way I am using the Kaspersky trial version.
I have tried reinstalling the application like 30 or more times and it is useless.
Please help!
