HELP!! i installed screen snaper onto my sidebar and i can’t uninstall it?

i right clicked the screen snaper thing, and clicked uninstall.. but it says you need permission to uninstall it, but i GIVE it permission

you can ignore my detail if you want, it’s really confusing

      Probably you are not the administrator. Permission means administrator rights. So log in as an administrator. Good luck

      well, click on the ’start’ menu at the bottom of your screen, then put your cursor on “settings” Once you done that, click on control panel. that will bring you to a list, so click on ‘add or remove hardware’ find the thing you want to uninstall and click uninstall.

      this should help.. if not, sorry

      u are probably not administrator.
      Go to command prompt on the search bar
      Right click it and clikc on run as administrator.
      Put information in:

      net user administrator /active:yes
