help! i'm in safe mode…my computer screen is blue in normal mode & says i have spyware?

May 14th, 2008 · 2 Comments

my computer will not go online, will not open my virus scan. Will not open my AVG, it says it got uninstalled. i'm actually in safe mode right now, all cookies were allowed and all security features were turned off. When i go back into normal mode it does not let me do anything, and my security features go back to the way they were, on low. What should i do to fix it? Also it freezes and task manager doesnt work, it says it was disabled by the administrator.

Do you have an anti-virus software in your system? If you do, try to run it to see if it picks it off. If not, take it in to like a Staples, I went through the same thing and their tech guys helped me fixed it. Good Luck!
