Help me with this computer dll error pls???

Fore some reason lately when i start up my computer (Vista) it comes up with 4 errors. There all something like this:

“Error loading C:\Users\AARON~1\AppData\Local\Temp\jayiawpu.dll
The specified module could not be found”

help??
