some one is keylogging my comp and my previous anti-virus system expired.
im trying to install norton internet security 2008 but this keeps poping up:MACHINE\Software\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus
i need help fast im in a very serious situation!!
and i cant go 2 any symantec websites because of the keylogger im thinking. i used to be able to go to certain websites, but now anything containing “anti-virus” in the name of the website or if it has anything to do with it, i cant acces the website

Chances are that the ‘rogue’ Anti virus that is causing this wants you to buy it’s anti virus scanner. You can not usually access real anti virus sites once this is in your system. Unless you have already got Malwarebytes or another ‘heavy’ virus remover installed on your computer , then you may need a pro to scan and find the infected files. Try http://www.nicklockard.com for a good diagnosis and hopefully a full removal of the bad files. When this is removed install AVG free and Malwarebytes free on your computer to fight any further infections
