PROBLEM #1:
I was using internet then suddenly a security alert coming from the system tray notified me that “There was a security problem!” I clicked it, then suddenly a Firefox Window popped out showing the online scanning of MS Antivirus.
I know first that it is a virus so I ignored it and performed a complete system scan of ESET Smart Security. It detected so many files being infected by different trojans so it automatically transferred the infected files to the quarantine.
Now the problem is that everytime I use the internet, the security alert icon from the system tray is still popping out, notifying the same that there was a security problem, doing the same thing.
How will i fix this?
PROBLEM #2:
Due to those popped-ups, it changed my desktop wallpaper to a plain white colored. When I tried to go to the Display Properties to revert back the original desktop image of my PC, there is something missing. Supposed to be there should be 5 Tabs on the Display. But now, two of them are missing: The Desktop tab and the Screen Saver tab. What only appeared is the Themes, Appearance, and Settings Tab.
How could I solve this problem: Help pls.
Note: The popped - up advertisment from the Firefox always asked me to download and install the said file. I just ignored it and still searching for the best answer on how will I solve this problem.
Note 1:
This are my current desktop tools:
1. ESET Smart Security
2. Malwarebytes - AntiMalware
3. Spybot - Search and Destroy.
Do i need an additional tool?
How will i fix this whole problem please?

if its possible on your anti-virus program, see if it will allow you to delete the viruses.
also, try getting another virus program called avast.
its free, and i heard it works very well.
