Well, I located the file in my system 32 folder and I tried to delete it, but every time i tried the pop-up would say "cannot delete iehelper: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full of write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."
i went to task manager to find its process to "end task", but i dont know what process it would be? I also think that the iehelper.dll caused the Antivirus System Pro to show up. I tried to end the antivirus' process on task manager but every time i reboot my laptop the Antivirus is still there and the iehelper.dll is still causing issues.
if anyone can help with this it would be great, thanks!!

Download and install SUPERAntispyware and allow it to perform an update. Next, do the following:
1) Boot into safe mode.
2) Launch SUPERAntispyware and do a complete scan.
3) Remove anything found once the scan is completed.
4) Reboot your computer back to normal mode.

I'd suggest booting in Safe Mode (usually by pressing F8 on start up) then copy the file to your desktop before deleting it from your system 32 folder. I'm not sure that it's a virus but if you reboot and find that something stopped working at least you will still have the file to put back into it's original location. If everything is ok you can delete it from your desktop or better still copy it to a flash drive before deleting it.
