Help removing something from "Trusted" on Kaspersky Internet Securities?

July 10th, 2009 · 1 Comment

I think I accidentally downloaded a virus on Google Earth. At least that is what Kaspersky Internet Securities told me when I tried to launch it. I had planned on removing it, but by accident clicked on "Add to Trusted" and now my computer is giving me all kinds of trouble but when I run a scan with Kaspersky it doesn’t recognize anything…Duh because I was dumb enough to put the virus on trusted. I need to know how I can remove that application from Trusted so I can run another scan and have Kaspersky catch it this time and fix my computer!!
Please give me step by step instructions on how to do this!! :)

First off open up Kaspersky Internet Security
      > then go to settings
      > under options find ‘Threats and Exclusions’
      > then click ‘Trusted Zone’.

Now you can add/delete trusted things you want.

      ~ hope it helps :)
