i downloaded windows onecare and it cleaned my computer but my computer screen is blue and is says "spyware detected install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer" and whatever was on my computer it wont let me access my properties or my add or remove program can someone please help me?!

Try contacting Microsoft. Their garbage is just that GARBAGE.
It is one of the worst rated pieces of $h!7 out there. If you can acess the internet follow this article of mine. Try installing CCleaner It has an uninstaller tool and also a start up menu tool. You will have to stop onecare from starting at boot up. then reboot. then uninstall NONE CARE. Now you will be ready for Kapersky. http://www.ccleaner.com/

i had the same exact problem and i download free scan after few scan and nothing worked, but then i got one that worked 4 me its about $19.95 but its worth it because it worked and some of them were wanting like $49.99 and i wasn't paying that, on my 1st scan they found like over 500 spywares and i just kept running scan after scan and it went away the next day and if it doesn't work you can get your money back as long as its within 8 weeks of the purchase but that's what worked for me not avg spyware or spybot or aols i tried over like 10 things but anyways here's the link if you would want to try it
