okay im using my friend's computer and i cant use my laptop because when i turn the computer on my screen says

First of all anti-virus and anit-spyware are two separate things. You need both and it sounds like you only have one (Norton).
I reccommend Spybot and Adaware to rid your PC of spyware.
No single program can detect and eradicate all spyware which is why I recommend using Ad-aware and Spybot (they are free and the best). Other great free anti-spyware programs would be AVG Anti-spyware (formally Ewido) and Super Anti-spyware.
Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best, but it's not free (see the Consumer Search source for reviews of the best anti-spyware programs).
Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.

spybot and adaware are very good scanners but do not protect you while you are surfing,plus it monitors registry changes

ur computer is infected by spyware/adwares/malwares, these spyware and adwares r used by web masters to advertise thier website using trojans, when ur pc is infected, trojans will show pop ups in ur pc and alert messages, dont b worried, u can easily get rid of spywares and adwraes by using any free spyware removal or adware killer tools,u can download spyware killer and adware removals tools from the google link below

You can download and scan your computer for free.
As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
After into safe mode,run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.
Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.
