I had CA Security Suite and sometimes I switched on (I am on broadband and online as soon as I start the PC), I would get a pop-up saying my PC was not protected. So I would open the Icon and find everything, firewall-Anti-Virus-Anti-Spyware etc were all turned off. After I changed my knickers I found it was because I hadn't been running scans every month. So as you have just run scans, that is probably why everything is back to normal. Just remember to run scans once a month at least. (I am now with AVG because of this stupid error message). With the Spyware message, click Quarantine all Spyware.
