Well i use spybot , and avast. Every so often avast tells me i have a Trojan Horse Virus and tells me where it is but whenever i attempt to delete it it says its being used by another program. Its in my Temp File theres like 10 or so documents that are trojans i think i just wanna get rid of them , if any1 knows how that would be a great help

boot your computer in safe mode and do a scan it will take time

ok the best way to get rid of all viruses and spyware and yes it will get rid of ALL virus and spyware and it will also make your computer faster
all you have to do is find the os cd and reinstall your os it will whipe out everything but make sure you save your stuff like pictures movie music etc and make sure to install your graphics card

save yourself the hassle and take your pc to a computer technician and have the hard drive cleaned ,,and reinstall your necesssary programs and download the real norton antivirus i have it for so long and no problems at all,and this is the way to go using online virus removers is as risky and not worth it as most of them have their fair share of headaches
