hello i am trying to install Kaspersky but when i start the installation i
get the following prompt.

i have already uninstaller AVG and have restarted my computer.
i never even installed Avast i had the installation pack on my desktop
then changed my mind and deleted it.I cannot find it in the Add/Remove programs either.How can i completely remove the avast file and the remainder of the Avg components?
I have windows xp home edition by the way.
also if you have noticed i do have Perfect Uninstaller but either program is on the list of programs and when i try to force install either of them it doesn't come back with any results.

Install a free cleaner called Glary Utilities ( http://www.glaryutilities.com/gu.html ) to remove junk files or remnants of installs (there is always some).
( A word of caution, with a program this powerful, be sure to read all instructions twice so that you can fix it once ! )
In the future, use Revo Uninstaller for smoother removal of programs:
