I just bought Kaspersky 7.0 Anti-Virus. Is there that much of a difference between Kaspersky 7.0 Anti-Virus and 7.0 Internet Security? Am I still well protected with 7.0 anti-Virus version?

Kaspersky Internet Security adds real-time antispy and firewall protection to Kaspersky Antivirus.
I personally like the method you are taking, because although Kaspersky's antivirus is one of the best in the world, their antispy and firewall are (IMO) merely average.
You can get one of the best firewalls available, free, in Comodo's Firewall Pro:
> Comodo Firewall Pro: http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/
And for an antispy combo, I use and recommend Superantispyware for my on-demand scanner, and Comodo's BOClean for my real-time malware shield:
> Superantispyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/
> Comodo BOClean: http://www.comodo.com/boclean/boclean.html
If you add these to your KAV, you'll have some impressive security.
Good luck and have fun.
