on my laptop i have a spyware program that i can’t remove because my antivirus wont work and nor will hijackthis this i can’t get on the internet at all to get spy bot but is there a way to make a copy of spybot on the computer to put on my laptop or a manual way that can remove HIDDEN lsp.dll files

1. If hijackthis is on your desktop, right click it & rename it to wombat & it should run.
2. put free superantispyware on a USB stick put the stick into your PC with the problem & run.
3. also check for Trojan TDss (rootkit):
