Help with McAfee… Can't open or uninstall?

I cannot open McAfee. It just comes up with the border and inside is just white. I try to uninstall it buy you have to go through Security Center and it shows up blank so I cannot click anything.
Please help. I want to uninstall it for good.
p.s. I also tried Final Uninstaller but again, it has to go through the security center which will not open.

If you have internet explorer 8.0 you will get that. Mcafee is not compatible with IE8. You will need to revert back to IE7 and reinstall via http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=TS100507
