Help with Norton Ghost imaging?

anyone here good with norton ghost and imaging? my question is, i have a full harddisk image in a .gho file….i want to be able to take this file to a bootable cd and restore it to a new pc with same hardware of course…how can i get this on a bootable cd to do so? would like to do so without floppy disk
