Ok I ended up getting spyware,which i dont know how. But anyway This spyware has tons of different files with it and most are gone but a few arent getting deleted. I am using Kaspersky Anti-Virus and it seems like its not doing anything for the ones that are left it just keeps poping up the error. The stuff is opening different pop-ups every few mins and its got some stuff that pops up as a windows error (which its not) Its one of those yellow triangle alerts about someones taking over my computer. Soif you can help me on anything or write a guide that will help.Just anything I've tried reinstalling windows xp and as I figured the stuff stayed there. HELP !!!

You could always re-install xp again, but make sure you reformat as fat-32, then restart setup and reformat as ntfs. Should then clear everything, and there should be no trace left.
I used it as a final solution, and it worked perfectly, not to mention it speeding up my pc.
If you don't feel like going through windows setup, you could download:
spybot search and destroy
adaware 2008
windows defender
They should get rid of the spyware, make sure you run the updates for the programs first!
You could also give avg 7.5 free a try, just to see if there are any viruses, but if you have other antivirus software, it may conflict.

I would say spybot is more effictive than adaware, because adaware has stopped some updates, i have installed spybot and it works better
