  A fairly good one i’ve used a fair amount for malware/spyware is Xclean, it can be found at http://www.spywareinfo.com/xscan.php Its a single download and run, no install, and delete it when you’re done. For Antivirus i’d highly recommend AVG (http://free.grisoft.com). I’ve used it for 5 years and no complaints!

  Make sure you scan your computer in Safe Mode. Restart your computer and before windows starts pree the F8 key and choose Safe Mode.
