I've tried everthing, I am the administrator of my account and I tried to uninstall it the noral way, that didn't work. I went to the technical support and tried to download their uninstaller thingy, that didn't work… Im trying to install a newer version of Norton Antivirus, but it wont install if in have Symantec Antivirus… help

Try Tune-up Utilities it is very good at removing unwanted programs, including spyware.
