i have trend micro pc-cillen and it is my anti virus software. but it keeps finding this file that cannot be deleted called msansspc.dll, i found it but i cant manually delete it. is there any antivirus or malware that you know of that will delete this file? i tried googling it and i went to the first website, it dosent work i need a axcess key which means i have to subscribe to it. so i need something i can download for free or ANYTHING that will delete this file, fyi i have tried safemode on my pc and it still dosent work

turn of system restore , boot in safe mode and run your antivirus –mine is kaspersky and it will delete it for sure

You didn’t indicate the full file path of the malware, but it is possible that if it indicates that it is in the System Volume folders, then the malware may still be lurking in your system restore volumes so it would be in your best interests to disable system restore, reboot then re-enable system restore when you log back on. What this does is protects you from reloading the malware should you ever need to do a system restore.
Many anti-virus products cannot remove viruses from system restore thus the reason for clearing out possible infected points. For reference to this, see the link below:

There are several ways to disable system restore but the easiest is to go to Control Panel, System, System Restore tab and tick the box to “Turn off system restore on all drives”, click Apply, click OK and reboot. Follow the same steps when you log back on to re-enable system restore by removing the tickmark.
