i need some serious help.
i use windows xp and i cant uninstall anything.
First i go to add/or remove programs. and i try to uninstall a program and it says:
"The windows installer service could not be accessed.This can occur if Windows is running in safe mode, or if Windows Installer is not correctly installed.Contact Your Support Personnal"
I dont know what happening i scanend for viruses and got just 1 trojan.
i deleted it and this is still happening. Anyone with good knowledge can help?

Dependent on User lever, you may not have permission to uninstall software.

Ive been a computer tech for over 20 years, my best advice is to get your personal files off the computer and blank/reformat/wipe hard disk and reinstall windows, hopefully you have a recovery or restore disk. Feel free to email me if you have any questions
