helps installing Windows vista update?

ok the computer said that i cannot install two updates and i dont know why well my computer did not had anti virus for a while is there any virus that can block downloading updatesif you know any solution i am not able to download

Security update for windows vista(KB950582)
and
Security update for SQL server 2005 service pack 2(KB948109)

      Always have an antivirus installed. It is foolish to leave your system unprotected, no matter how safe you say the sites you visit are.

      Reboot in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING, then go back to the windows update website and search for updates again.

      It is recommanded to have an anti-virus to protect your system and files. Never leave it, it is one of the most important parts of being safe.

      Try this. Start your computer in safe mode and then choose with networking. After do that update and the other one then restart and all things should work well…
