I'm having a genuine version… But when visiting some sites… The database crashes and I wanna update it again! I'm not visiting bad sites… Even I have Mywot, Mcafee Site Advisor and Web Security Guard to check the site before entering… I won't go to the site marked as danger in any one! I'm that much cautious… But 
Please help me to get rid of that idiotic crashes and corruptions! It corrupts my serial number also and I wanna rectify by updating! I heard that Kaspersky Internet Security is the best internet security suite and one should not use two antivirus programs at the same time… So there is only one choice for me…

Reinstall it. Make sure you have the license information on hand, because you may have to reactivate it.

kaspersky is obviously junk. I cant really say that cuz i've never tried it. i've seen a lot of people have problems with it though. I've looked at the screenshots for it, and there is way more controls than i want to integrate into my system.
