my AVG is showing my email scanner is not active..whereas other security components are….how can i activate it?
kindly plz temme everything in a detailed manner…

p.s. I already tried updating it…its says no new updates…

Since AVG8 free has replaced AVG7.5 free there are a lot of problems with avg anti virus. I see that, because here at Yahoo Answers there are a lot of askers having problems with avg8
I would uninstall AVG and install Avast free. I always preferred it above avg, but who am I to decide for you.
In this case I would however change over to Avast free
