Hi! I have avast for my antivirus protection. I noticed i had malware so i downloaded Super-anti spyware. ?

Is this safe to use with Avast ? will it damage the computer? and can i live the software on my pc or unistall it? Pleas help! thanks much! :) p.s. oh! will it help the pc to go faster ?
can you use malware bytes with super-anti spyware together & how often do you scan them?

      yeah avast may be safe but for additional safety u have to have the very small 2mb program malwarebytes anti malware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

      so whether u use AVG, avast, avira or any other but malwarebytes anti malware is very cumpulsory

      i use AVG same problem with me but i also have anti malware so i need not get scare
