How can I check my mail when yahoo toolbar screen pops up and it won’t let me out to check my mail?

I can’t check my email because yahoo wants me to get the yahoo toolbar and when I try to click on no thanks, ask me later,or get it, nothing happens like it is frozen on that screen. so now I can’t even open my email b/c it wants me to chose one but I can’t. Is there any way I can go around it or make it go away so I can actually use my e-mail? Does anyone know if I can reset my email or anything to make that screen stop popping up?
