Many weeks ago, my Norton Antivirus 2008 said that the service had been cancelled, and I’ve been putting off uninstalling it because I don’t know how to. I’m pretty sure Norton came with my AT&T service, so how do I uninstall it and replace it with McAfee? When I get the pop-up about installing McAfee, I try logging in and downloading it, but the site says I can’t because I’m not the primary account holder or something. Is there any way I can still download the program?
Your help is really appreciated! xx

Hi,
You need to login as the primary account holder of your “DSL” account, not a sub-account. Once you do that, you should be able to download the current version of the AT&T Internet Security Suite.
When you install it, it should remove the older (Norton) version for you, reboot, and then install the new (McAfee) version.
If I recall correctly, you can download and install it on up to 7 computers.
Good luck
